Sunday at care center 2

I informed the nearest care center about my child’s enrollment three or four days in advance, on Sunday. I was advised that a packed lunchbox was required due to a government regulation. Preparing the lunchbox early that morning was a significant task, but it was also a welcome preparation for the parents’ upcoming free time.

This change in routine may help children behave better before outings. I felt less pressured to constantly engage with the children, allowing me to relax. All family members used the K care 6000 program at the center for the first time. After dropping the children off, I returned home and rested, feeling happy and content to have some time alone, especially on the weekend. Later, I picked up the children from the center, but we needed a few supplies, so we went to a nearby store instead of the park.

I was wondering how the time was spent at the center. The children responded that they would like to visit the center again soon because they enjoyed the paper crafts and learning Hangul with the teachers. A walk in Riderside Park (about 10 minutes away) and a simple lunch and outdoor activity were part of the weekend K Care 6000 program. It was very satisfying.
