Review:Greek Yogurt & Peach Mini Cake Making Class

The library program offers a wonderful opportunity for children to create a peach cake, with a participation fee of 20,000 won per child. All the necessary ingredients for a handmade cake will be provided.

The process involves sketching and planning the cake’s decoration before starting. The cake-making process is straightforward, with all components prepared in advance. The baked cake will be layered with jam, Greek yogurt, and peaches, and then decorated with Greek yogurt, grapes, cereal, chocolate, and liquid chocolate in various colors, allowing children to create their desired designs.

Children will enjoy making their own cakes under the guidance of instructors. The cake assembly primarily involves layering the components. The entire peach cake creation takes approximately one hour, with an additional 30 minutes for decorating and taking photos.

The cake will be presented in a unique box, folded differently from a standard cake box, but still suitable for transport home.

The children were eager to have a piece of cake as soon as possible. We enjoyed the cake after dinner, sharing it with the whole family. It had a wonderful flavor, quite different from those available in stores.

The teacher suggested chilling it in the refrigerator for a few hours, which enhanced the taste compared to enjoying it at room temperature.

It was indeed a good decision to let it cool, as it tasted even better afterward. The entire cake was gone in a matter of minutes. It was well worth the 20,000 won, as the peaches were fresh, the Greek yogurt was soft, and the fact that we made it ourselves, even though it was simply stacked like Lego bricks, made it even more delicious.

The cake’s size was perfect for a small group. It was a truly delightful cake, and I would gladly have another piece.
