How to apply
Purchase a book
- Register as a member on the Yeongcheon City Library website
- Purchase a book from a local bookstore within 8 weeks
Apply for a refund
- Apply on the library website → Cultural Lecture Room → Return Book Value
- Receive a notification message
Receive the book value
- Visit the library, submit the book and receipt, and receive Yeongcheon Gift Certificates
Refund Amount
- The refund amount is based on the price of one book.
- 15,000 won or more ~ less than 20,000 won → 10,000 won gift certificate
- 20,000 won or more ~ less than 25,000 won → 15,000 won gift certificate
- 25,000 won or more ~ less than 30,000 won → 20,000 won gift certificate
Application Conditions:
- Up to 2 books per person per month, books priced at 30,000 won or less per book
- Refund locations: Yeongcheon City Library, Wansan Ddak Small Library
- Refunds cannot be applied for the same book more than twice and for restricted books
- Books purchased from January to April 2025 can be refunded until June 30th.
