Lively codfish restaurant
This is my first time dining at the Lively Codfish Restaurant. I have previously enjoyed cod but was initially hesitant about “lively” cod due to a lack of visible signs indicating fresh ingredients.
However, the restaurant’s name and the visible codfish tank outside clearly suggest the freshness of their ingredients. I ordered the clear fish soup, and the texture of the fish was delightful and unlike anything I’d experienced before.
The soup also included a stone pot rice, which was a pleasant surprise. Conveniently, the restaurant appears to be open daily, according to their online information. The restaurant offers a scenic view of the surrounding farms. I certainly plan to return.
