Daughter: July 2026(for 3months): Vitiligo Treatment
16th – 4 July
There was a considerable queue before the department store opened. It appeared to be a line for entering the store, but some individuals in the queue were commenting on the lengthy wait before opening. We were curious about the purpose of this line, but as we needed to enter the department store regardless, we joined the queue without knowing its specific reason. The line was eventually cut about five people ahead of us, and it turned out to be for an event where Paul Bassett was preparing coffee.
17th – 6 July
The weather was quite hot for a visit to the clinic. Additionally, I was slightly delayed in catching the public bus to YeongCheon train station. Consequently, all of us who needed to reach the clinic decided to walk to the train station instead of waiting for another bus, as its arrival time was uncertain. The walk to the station took less than 15 minutes, despite the hot weather. As we were arriving at the station, the next public bus passed right in front of us.
18th – 11 July
My wife and I were discussing our daughter’s skin condition. Her vitiligo is not readily apparent to the casual observer. While a closer examination of her fingertips might reveal some variations in skin tone, these are generally difficult to notice.
19th – 18 July
Upon closer inspection of my daughter’s vitiligo, particularly on her fingertips and the ends of her toes, I am still somewhat uncertain about the color difference. However, when comparing her fingertips and toes to those of others and myself, I can discern a slightly lighter coloration at the ends of her digits. Interestingly, I have not observed a similar difference in the vitiligo on her lips. This observation leads me to believe that the treatment plan should focus on either resolving her vitiligo or preventing its further spread.
20th – 24 July
I was informed by the doctor that my daughter’s vitiligo appears to be improving from a medical perspective. It has been challenging for me to discern the changes following the laser treatment. I trust that the doctor, with their specialized knowledge of vitiligo, possesses more comprehensive information than I do. It was reassuring to learn of the progress. I hope that my daughter’s skin condition will become less conspicuous to the casual observer.
