🎟️ 2026 Youth Culture & Arts Pass
✅ Eligibility
* 381 youths in Yeongcheon City who reach legal adulthood (born in 2006–2007) *(May close early on a first-come, first-served basis)
* Based on Ministry of the Interior and Safety resident registration statistics as of late June 2025 / Approx. 31% out of 1,229 people
✅ Benefits
* Up to 200,000 points provided for online booking of performances, exhibitions, and movies
* *Books are expected to be added to the category starting from August 2026
✅ Issuance Period
* (1st Round) 2026. 2. 25. ~ 2026. 6. 30.
* (2nd Round) 2026. 8. 10. ~ 2026. 11. 30.
✅ How to Apply
* Register on the Youth Culture & Arts Pass website (youthculturepass.or.kr) → Eligibility verification (Arts Council Korea) → Book tickets through partner booking platforms
✅ Other Details
* Funds will be reclaimed from users who have zero usage by July 31, 2026 (Mon) based on the booking date
* Users whose funds were reclaimed due to non-use in the 1st round cannot re-apply in the 2nd round
* 2025 Youth Culture & Arts Pass users cannot apply (However, those with zero actual usage amount can apply)
