2025 Love of Green (Used) PC Supply Announcement
Gyeongsangbuk-do Province is implementing a program to distribute refurbished personal computers free of charge to economically disadvantaged residents, thereby addressing digital inequities.
The PCs are donated by cities, counties, and public institutions, and are refurbished before being distributed. We encourage applications from underprivileged people who are interested in the Love Green (Used) PC for information access such as word processing and internet search.
Specifications:
* CPU: Intel Core i5 or higher
* RAM: 8GB or higher
* HDD: 500GB or higher
* Monitor: 19 inches or higher
* OS: Windows 11
* Software: Hancom Office or Microsoft Office
Application Period:
February 18, 2025 (Tuesday) – April 11, 2025 (Friday)
* The application period may be closed early if there are a lot of applications in the city or county.
Eligibility:
Applicants must be residents of Gyeongsangbuk-do Province (since January 1, 2025, until the date of supply)
Individuals:
* Low-income families (National Basic Livelihood Security recipients), near-poor, single-parent families, multicultural families, people with disabilities, national merit recipients (Grades 1-7), and other underprivileged people.
* National Basic Livelihood Security recipients due to economic reasons will be given priority.
Organizations:
* Facilities for people with disabilities, orphanages, senior citizen centers, rehabilitation centers, social welfare facilities, and other institutions that serve information-isolated areas or bridge the information gap.
Exclusion:
* Those who received a used PC in 2023-2024 are excluded.
How to Apply:
* Apply in person or by mail at the reception desk (city/county office or eup/myeon/dong office) at the applicant’s residential address.

* Love Green PC application form
* Consent to the collection, use, and provision of personal information
* Supporting documents
Supporting Documents:
* Individuals:
* A copy of the resident registration certificate (common)
* Certificate of National Basic Livelihood Security recipient, national merit recipient confirmation, disability certificate, etc.
* Supporting documents that can confirm the eligibility for support (However, if you submit a consent form for the use of administrative information, you do not need to submit supporting documents.)
* Organizations:
* Official document including the application form for supply
* Business registration certificate
* Documents proving that the organization serves information-isolated areas or bridges the information gap.
Supply Period:
May 2025 – December 2025 (Supply may be subject to change depending on circumstances).
Application Precautions:
* If you are selected as a recipient after reviewing the applicant’s eligibility requirements, you will be notified individually before the Love Green PC is supplied.
* If you change your contact information or address, be sure to inform the reception desk of the changes.
* If you do not notify us of changes in your contact information or address, the supply may be restricted.
Additional Information:
* The used PC is suitable for word processing and internet search, but it is not suitable for high-speed video and games.
* The supply may be delayed because the used PCs are collected from each institution and refurbished.
